Give roles to one person, or add the app to a department's set — then everyone in it and its sub-departments gets them.

Roles

Viewer View invoices, payments and customers invoices.readpayments.readcustomers.read Operator Issue invoices and refund up to €500 Everything in Viewer, plus: invoices.writerefunds.create Finance Admin Plans, accounting exports and refunds with no limit Everything in Operator, plus: plans.manageexports.runrefunds.unlimited
